Quality
Loved the product until it wasn't serviced by my provider. Even after I asked prior to ordering it. Return policy worked.

Cheap phone
I am a late 60 year old person so this means I don't do much with a phone unlike a young person and my phone not even a year old has died And if you do a lot with your phone it will die quicker. Everything Was great until it died. There are better and cheaper phone out there that last.
