This was purchased for an incisional hernia of the stomach area. It has nice stretch to so you can make it as tight as you want. There is a little pad to place over the bulge (which can be removed if you want). My husband has been wearing it for four months and really like the way it stays in place and does not roll up (and he has a BIG stomach).
