Works great! For $40 it holds our bikes up well. I couldn't be happier EXCEPT the mounting hardware doesn't anchor into concrete well. There was no pilot hole diameter provided in the instructions. I looked up the proper pilot hole for M8 and can tell you 3/8 inch diameter is to large. Item arrived rusted with paint peeling. 16” bike tires do not fit as advertised. Nor do smaller bikes. 12” tires do not fit either. Not very sturdy due to thin metal. I would not recommend
