He came in the packet too, one of my tubes had a leak I think it was in the valve stem or something or that nature but it would not hold air I sent it back and Amazon immediately sent me a new set. Other than that, the tubes are a good quality it really surprised me that it leaked I would definitely recommend them a lot better tube than I put in than the tube that I pulled out. ... show more
