  • Great tire
I bought this for my 1989 HONDA Goldwing GL 1500. It has been a great tire put alot of mile on it last summer. I truly can't come up with one bad thing to say about it. Great traction even in the rain. Handles Great in the corners. 10 out of 10 for me i will definitely be replacing it with the same model when this one is done. The price sold me but the performance has made me a loyal customer. ... show more

  • Wear time, and performance.
I got 14,000 miles out of this tire on my 1997 Honda Goldwing SE. I'm very hard on my tires, I drive fast and hit the twisties very hard. This tire performed very well in all scenarios. This is my fourth Shinko tire on my Goldwing and I'm never going back to the more expensive Dunlops. The last rear Dunlop I bought was on a long 3000-mile motorcycle trip at a Honda motorcycle dealership, I only got just barely over 12,000 miles on that tire. Dunlop used to make great tires for Goldwings that would last around 20,000 miles, but in the last 5+ years, their quality of tire has gone way downhill while their prices have exploded. If I'm gonna get fewer miles out of a tire, I might as well get one that costs under $120.00. Hope this helps someone make a decision. ... show more

  • Not for Goldwing, good for under 500 lbs bikes
Have heard good reviews on this tire but it is not good on a heavy bike like my '95 Aspencade, above 50mph it is not stable , it is very sloppy and have to concentrate in keeping the rear end straight , it is only 2 weeks but seems to wear better than I was told , it has very good tread so stability is my only issue with this tire ... show more
