Love how nice these tiles look and feel. I had 2 tiles there weren’t perfect at its edge and customer service was extremely quick in responding and after sending them pics, they immediately shipped replacement. A great product with excellent customer service is just perfect.

We looked at a lot of different products and wanted something that would give us color differences to make things more interesting. This product surpassed our expectations in both quality and finish. As you can see, we mixed colors (Peruvian Teak and Japanese Cedar) and lengths (3x1 and 1x1). We've seen what our neighbors have put down. If it's real wood, it takes a lot of care (staining, cleaning). The plastic ones we've seen are cheap, and look it (as well as feel/hear it, when you walk on them). This flooring looks and feels like quality. This product is actual composite boards screwed on to 1x1 underlayment frames. That gave us ultimate flexibility in the corners/edges, allowing you to remove screws/boards as needed. I bought a *composite blade for my skillsaw and it cut right through, using a sawzall to cut of tabs on end. My wife and I knocked this out in about 5 hours. * Although the skillsaw with composite blade will cut fast, we went really slow, which gave us a nice clean finish at the cut... so, don't rush it! ... show more

I bought two boxes of these to lay down to see how they weather over the summer and winter on my deck. I wanted to see how they perform before buying ~60 boxes next year to cover all of my worn, but still sound, first generation composite decking. They seem well made and of quality materials. They're really substantial, heavy. The alignment tabs are uniform around all four edges so you can arrange them in a lot of different patterns. They go down amazingly quickly. Like a minute or less per tile. Probably a lot less once you get a rhythm in your pattern. The color is deeper and redder than in the listing pictures but is still attractive. The pressed in woodgrain is surprisingly convincing. They have a nice satin finish but aren't slippery. However, that's the good. The bad is all about temperature. The teak color is too hot for bare feet in Central Ohio's afternoon sun in July. That same sun causes functional problems as well. The sun heats the top of the four composite boards and the ends lift. So the price for them going down so easily is that there isn't anything holding them down. They don't screw, snap, or click into place. They're free to move up and down. They get hot, they bow, and the ends lift. And the ends don't lift uniformly. Some raise further than the one they're connected to and you get a lip of 3/16" or even more. Even if they lift equally, your weight flattens the one your standing on but not the next one, doubling the height of the lip. Enough to trip over, stub your toe on, or catch and tear a beloved flipflop. I can't think of any fix short of actually screwing down each of the boards at both ends. A solution that is out for a lot of obvious reasons. Not least of which is that it would void the warranty. And once the sun is down, they don't lay back flat. These pictures were taken after 2 rainy cool days. Better than at the height of the sunshine, but still unattractive and dangerous. They probably would work fine in shaded areas. And the 12X12 tiles are probably too short to bow enough to cause a tripping hazard. I don't know. What I do know that these are unacceptable when used in full sun applications. Another plus I forgot to mention is that they are really well packed. So well, I had to virtually destroy the boxes to get them out. Combined with their weight, I'm guessing I'm out the $225 I spent for the two boxes. That, and my favorite pair of flipflops. ... show more
