This is great quality and love that it actually cools as it states. Many pillows claim to cool but this one is perfect. Sometimes you get an odor with foam pillows which is normal. This one didn't and I liked not having to wait weeks for a smell to sbside. It comes packaged airtight so it takes a couple of hours to extend. It comes with directions on how to help fluff the pillow and what to do if you do have that foam odor. This is a thin pillow which I was looking for but others may not.
