I ordered this not being a fan of powder foundations. I decided to try it as I want to find a good lightweight foundation that I don’t feel I am caking on. It came with the concealer, foundation, and setting powder. I love how easy it was to match my color (even with an extreme sunburn I was able to hid!). I love the feel (or lack there of). This is a great buy. I used Bare Minerals for years. I tried this and it’s great. Beige seems to be popular color if you are not sure. Not too light and not too dark. It goes on nicely with brush they give you. It doesn’t take much either to cover your face. Also, when you open it, it’s hard to figure out how to open. Once you open the lid, turn that plastic dial to the left until you see the holes open up for you. Then tap some in the lid of a larger flat cap and you are good to go. Or tap some in lid it came with. I have a cap that is little larger and like it better. ... show more

I purchased the Sweet Face package that came with Mineral foundation, concealer , make up veil. & a brush! The brush arrived completely broken - it is unusable, tbe mineral loose powder foundation and the mineral veil ( sets your makeup- the continents were broken ! So hen I tried to sprinkle some of the powder into the lid to eat it on my brudh( an old one tht I had) the entire container of powder spilled out! The piece of plastic that have the holes in it to adequately sprinkle power into the cap to get on your brush , was not secure on the container and I could not successfully attach it! This also was the case with the mineral veil! The color I selected was the color I ALWAYS use - it was a natural beige- I looked ORANGE!! Like a sweet potato!! The WORST makeup I ever purchased!! Moderate coverage. Lasts throughout the day. Still prefer Bare Minerals, but this is much less expensive. Brush isn’t as dense as what I’m used to. Definitely more challenging to match the shade. First world problems….😊

Having used drug store foundations for years, I've had many rashes and frequently irritated skin. I desperately needed a foundation that had less irritating ingredients. After reading reviews on this product and several competitors, I finally decided to try Sweet Face Minerals. I love that these have simple ingredients. I ordered the deep tan based on the majority of reviews saying the colors run pale; I'd probably have purchased beige otherwise. Using mineral makeup is an adjustment from using a liquid, it does require a bit of practice and finesse. However I found it to be versatile. You can get much or as little coverage as you want, and if your base color is too light or dark it's easy to correct. I only gave it four stars because I think the shade chart is very misleading. If I hadn't read the multiple reviews, I would have ended up with the wrong shade, and I think Sweet Face really needs to fix the description to avoid customer issues. ... show more
