The media could not be loaded. This bidet comes without proper directions to assemble it. I had to look at the ad to see if the directions were there. Even then, it does not explain where the washers need to be for proper functioning. The hose already connected between my toilet and cutoff valve had a washer inside of it. I assumed it needed one between the hose and the t valve, and again between the t adapter and the toilet. I can only assume as it is not mentioned anywhere except in the parts list. Nobody hires a plumber to install something so simple. It should have proper directions for the lay person. I have spent over an hour trying to connect these hoses and disconnected repeatedly. First off, it will not let me put the fill hose onto the t adapter while it is connected to my toilet because the adapter piece slips around and around while trying to tighten. This would be okay if I had a third hand to keep the middle part still while holding both the end of the adapter and the fill hose because it is so stiff it's pulling the whole assembly sideways. So I took the adapter back off the toilet and tried connecting it to the fill hose first. Then I put the adapter back onto the toilet. It will not thread properly and kept leaking no matter how many times I tried to re-thread. I eventually got it on there as perfect as I could and stuck my head in there to see where the water leaked from after turning it on. It's leaking from the adapter itself in between the nut that connects to the toilet and the center part that is spinning freely. There is a gaping hole between the two for water to pour out in between and that is exactly what's happening. I have wasted over an hour only to have to take it all off and give up. I would also like to add that the part that connects over the toilet seat bolts is in four pieces you have to keep together in order to install. This is frustrating and unnecessary. Nobody in their right mind needs this kind of stress trying to assemble something that should have been mindlessly simple with a few directions, a solid base, and better parts.

This one was a disappointment. Advertised as slim and easy to install, but the build feels flimsy, the spray is uneven, and the pressure control is frustrating. Even the self-cleaning feature doesn’t work well. Pros: _ Affordable price _ Slim design fits most toilets _ Rear and front wash modes but the front wash mode is not that good. Cons: _ Flimsy plastic build feels cheap _ Spray pressure is weak or inconsistent _ Self-cleaning barely does anything _ Hard to adjust to a comfortable angle _ Better options exist for just a little more money

I have purchased a couple of these for other bathrooms and I have been wanting to get one more. The bidet did not have any instructions but my husband had installed the others and it was the exact same, super easy to install in a few minutes. I have come to love these little gadgets as I feel it's such great hygiene. This one does not disappoint it has a front and a back adjustment and you can control the water flow. Keep in mind it's cold water that you're washing with. But I do find it refreshing. I do feel the handle is a bit bulky, less one star. I would have preferred it to be a little slimmer. It is a great value.
