I got this to try for myself because I have struggled with back pain for many years and am always willing to try products that might help relieve some of the discomfort. Unfortunately, because I have slight scoliosis, this brace did not work particularly well for my specific issue. I could tell it was trying to provide support, but it just was not the right fit for the type of back problems I personally deal with. That said, I gave it to my daughter to try, and she actually found it very helpful for her back pain. She liked the support it gave without feeling bulky, and the material is lightweight enough to wear comfortably under clothing. So while it was not the right solution for me personally, I do think it could work well for others depending on the cause of their back pain.

Size: XXL(WAIST:41"-45") Color: Black A well made back support brace that I find covers a broader section of the lower back than many others that I've tried. I find that rather important so that you get more support. Have to admit that this is way too large for me, but I wanted to try a larger one because I've found that I have a bad habit of putting these on too tight and end up feeling nauseous as a result. With that said, as I tried to adjust this on me, I could immediately feel the support along my lower back, and that felt good. Although, it was so large on me that I couldn't even line up the velcro pieces in a manner that allowed for any sort of closure that worked for me. Guess that's good in that it turns out that I'm not as big as I thought, as well as this brace will be a good fit for those much larger than myself. This is all the fault of me ordering the wrong size for my fit. It is a rather good brace though. No loss though because it's now helping out a bigger relative in my life who will benefit from the extra support. Included is a removable sort of triangular shaped panel that can be placed along the center of the back which provides even more structural support. That is something that I would definitely use. The brace is made well and all is sewn together in a manner that will easily take plenty of pull and stretching over the years of use. Especially good for those who perform physical labor, but just as helpful for anyone needing a little back support just to get through the pains of daily life.

This brace is really well made and does exactly what it promises. The support is solid and I can feel it working, the steel stays, spring lumbar support, and EVA massage pad are great too. It is breathable too which matters when you are wearing something strapped around your waist for extended periods. For sizing reference I normally wear an XS but sized up to a S. My waist is 25' and hips are 35'. The S fits well around my waist but I just wish it had a little more wiggle room for flexibility. If you are between sizes maybe size up except you want a squeeze.
