Sooooo soft and squishy! This topper is a lot thicker than I expected, which is a good thing. It feels as soft as a cloud. It does have a minor issue of the rubber bands not staying on the mattress all the time, but as long as your sheet is on snug enough this shouldn't be an issue. I'm taking one star off because my topper came with a big black smudge on it. It's not noticeable with the sheet on top, but still not ideal. ... show more

Absolutely looks nothing like the pictures. So, I optimistically washed it thinking it needed that to fluff up. NOPE. Looks exactly the same as before it was washed. Flat as can be. Highly DON'T recommend if you are looking for anything that resembles the pictures:( UPDATE: The seller reached out to me and went over how to fluff this up...all of which I had already done. Airing it out, washing it, putting it in the dryer on air fluff. Just didn't work for me. I figured since I did all this, I was stuck and had no other option than to keep it. But I was wrong. The seller was very helpful and kind. They offered me a discount to keep it, which I gladly accepted. I changed my stars from one to three for their great customer service.
