This is a cold water only unit. Don't let that worry you. Install was easy. The directions were a little unclear in the case of how to install the 'cushions' on the toilet mount, but examining them carefully, allowed for proper install. The instructions could be improved with a detailed picture or drawing on that step. Probably took a total of ten minutes to install. I did not need to use the seat elevators with the existing elongated seat. The design is sleek and attractive, and the valve control is easily adjustable by the user. Cold water seems to work fine in this building; the water picks up enough heat in the transit distance that it arrives at room temperature for the very low water usage rate needed. If your supply line has a lot of usage, you might find the water temperature too low. If you like bidets you will probably find this unit just fine. PROS: unit came well packed and with all the parts and fittings needed for an installation. Everything worked. Design is attractive. CONS: The reasonable net price I paid has been raised significantly, and seems more than a bit "out of market" at this time. If you have small children, expect some water messes. I want to start by saying this is my second bidet unit I have purchased on Amazon, the other being a luxe bidet. The luxe worked well, but this bidet is the winner in our household. Firstly, the luxe bidet did not come with a metal water line splitter like this unit, which cost me an extra $15. This bidet not only came with a metal splitter, but also came with a small role of plumbers tape, which is a first for any appliance I have ordered. Secondly, this bidet is much more comfortable to use. The flow is wider on this bidet, meaning I don't have to wiggle around to receive a thorough cleaning. In addition, at higher power this unit is not painful, unlike the luxe which I would describe as sharp. Lastly, the adjustment handle on this bidet is much sleeker than the luxe, cleaning the luxe can be a chore due to its elevated dial. While I did just receive this unit, it does not have any visible protrusions that will affect cleaning. ... show more

The time took for me to install was from when it arrived about 6mins..not hard at all. The item itself though..WOW I knew I had a strong water line but when I decided to test it I read to either be sitting on it or have the seat cover on, I decided to go sit on it to test and cranked it to the fullest, Im pretty sure I got a full blow exfoliation down there but at least it's clean. ... show more

This seems to be very similar to most bidets on the market, with one important difference, when you turn the knob back to the closed position, there is an audible click for feedback. Bidets are making a comeback. No one just wipes feces off their hands and doesn't use water. I was pleased that this model comes with a braided metal hose, brass t-adapter, toilet seat bumpers, and seal tape! This is my 2nd bidet (can't remember where I bought the first one) and I had to buy my seat bumpers separately (to lift your toilet seat up a little so that it doesn't sit above your bowl. This should work exactly as expected. It's not the fancy heated kind, but it'll work. I'll add an update after a few weeks of use. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. While this does clean by B hole, it also has the potential to shoot water from underneath me, to out of the toilet. The item comes with risers to make up the difference but it doesn’t do justice.
