I have tried a number of different pillows for lumbar support over the last five years, but this one is hands down the best! While most are hard and bulky, this cushion is soft and actually cushions the back. I was using it in my Jeep when I had lunch with a friend last week, who also suffers from terrible, chronic back pain due to spine damage. She was really hurting that day and I insisted she take it. She absolutely loves it as much as I do! As mentioned above, the fact that it is soft and cradles your back instead of adding hard resistance is obviously its best feature. Lightweight and easy to take with you anywhere, and has a strap to secure it to a chair if needed. Also it’s priced reasonably and the dark color will keep from showing stains. I’m going to order another one for myself now, and if you suffer from lumbar spine damage/pain, I strongly urge you to do the same!!

I've been looking for something for a long time that really helps me with the back pain from spending so many hours sitting, and this lumbar pillow has been a total change. Since I put her in my chair, the posture improves effortlessly and the discomfort in the lower part practically disappeared. I really like how it adapts to the back, it is not too hard or too soft, it has the perfect balance. In addition, the fabric is fresh and breathable, so it doesn't feel uncomfortable even on hot days. The adjustable strap prevents it from moving, something that happened to me all the time with others. I use it daily, both when I drive, and honestly I don't know how I was without it for so long. You can tell the difference in comfort and how my back ends at the end of the day.

This is a very comfortable back support cushion. I am very pleased with it. The memory foam is very soft yet stable, I am absolutely loving the cooling gel! The cooling it does is amazing, and with having hot flashes all the time I appreciate the cooling gel even more. I use this back support mainly in my office for my office chair but I did take a long drive this past weekend and used it in my car. The elastic strap on the back is perfect to put over your seat and keep it in place. I will continue using it in my office and my car as well. It has really helped with the aches and pains I get in my back from sitting for a long time. The ergonomic design keeps my spine aligned and comfortable. I would recommend to friends and family.

I’ve been using this lumbar support pillow at work since it arrived, and it’s made a big difference. The adjustable strap fits securely around my office chair and keeps the cushion in place for both my lower and mid back. I tend to lean forward while sitting for long hours, but this pillow has helped me maintain better posture while also being very comfortable. Since I started using it, I’ve felt much less back strain by the end of the day. I also like that the back of the cushion has a slightly rough texture which keeps it firmly in place and doesn’t slide around. The pillow is well-made and supportive. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone who sits for long periods.

This chair support pillow really gives you the support needed. It's thick and comfortable and it has just the right amount of firmness that you need to align your back. the sleek design is nice and strap that goes over the chair to hold it in place so that your back fits comfortably. The size fit my back perfectly and I think it was made especially for me. This is exactly what I needed because I sit at a desk for at least 5 to 6 hours so I needed comfortability and it's what I got. This pillow works very well for me

The quality is very good, it's thick and firm enough to support, but still very soft. The band attached to the back of the pillow helps it not slip off or move around, it keeps the pillow right where you want it. I highly recommend this pillow!
