Don’t listen to all of the reviews saying there’s not enough filling or it deflates to quickly… they obviously are doing something wrong. For context I am a nearly 400 pound man; this thing supports me with no problem and never goes completely flat. Additionally, it is pretty easy to fluff up; just punch it a few times or kick it where it’s been pushed down. This is something you will have to do occasionally as there is tons of foam inside of this sack. It is an adult bean bag after all… However it’s big enough to fit me and my wife at the same time as it’s roughly the size of a loveseat. The covering seems to be very durable and it’s a double stitched as well. It’s important to follow the directions they include, or go to their YouTube channel and watch how they set this up. Following the directions is the best way to get the full size of the sack. I highly recommend getting the 6000 series with a footstool as the footstool adds alot to the overall comfort. This is not lite by any means, it weighs a good 85 pounds. At that size, this is something that you’re going to want to have a dedicated spot for. However I use it in my projector/game room and it is absolutely the most comfortable thing I’ve ever sat on. Absolutely 1000% worth the money. Again I can’t say enough how big this thing really is. I’ve included a few pictures for context. The one picture is me after having sat on it. The other picture is me after fluffing it up and then there’s a couple pictures of my cats on it for size comparison. Look, the bottom line is if you purchase this you’re not gonna be dissatisfied. One thing to note is it has a 10 year warranty. Another thing, which is perhaps maybe the only con, is that there is a certain smell to it: it smells like fresh foam. That’s because they used furniture grade foam to fill this. The smell will eventually start to dissipate, but could trigger allergies for some people at first. I bought this chair for my pre-teen daughter, and it fits an average-sized adult just fine. We purchased the 4 foot. Perfect size without being overwhelming as we live in a condo. I like chairs that offer more neck and back support, but this is perfect for lounging in front of the tv to watch movies or game. It is not a sinky-cozy like a regular bean bag (we didn’t want that anyway). The chair stuffing conforms to the body and is more stiff so feels more like a chair. I like that covers for both the chair and ottoman are removable in case they need washing. One thing I did not realize from the pictures (I ordered the ivory fur), is that the chair and ottoman have a black zipper instead of one that matches the ivory fur. I purchased two of these for my home and opened one for my den. I found it to be easy to assemble and was comfortable. Once done I realized the second chair wouldn’t fit comfortably in my home so I took it to work . I thought it would be perfect for my counseling office. Big mistake! When I opened th box I found that the box was distorted from being opened before. The white cover was filthy.. But I was willing to accept that since the plastic as still on the chair itself. I first started with taking out the chair and prepping it for the cover. To my surprise however not only was the blue suede cover not included but the foot stool with that cover was not included either. Honestly I thought it would be an easy fix however, I have been trying for two weeks to get the company to communicate with me. I have filed several complaints with Amazon and even uploaded pics. Still nothing. I keep getting the same message. Sorry Fed Ex delivered damage product….please upload pics of the damage. This has been an incredible disappointment. Now I’m waiting to file and A-Z guarantee claim against them. This is so solvable if only they would satisfy my order. Be mindful of purchasing through this retailer. They will not communicate with you at all. ______ Update: I was not the seller's fault. Amazon did not relay the messages to them. When I contacted the company directly, the resolved my issue immediately. Shame on Amazon for making me go through this for an entire month. ... show more
