They drop the ball on this model. The price you pay it's not worth it. The regular boom had the right amount of base and treble this has no base at all. I was so disappointed not even the equalizer can fix It. I have a Hyper boom still going strong and the regular boom. This one is the worse one out of all of them. Stay away from this model. unless you are into vocals only and even then it's still not load enough. As the saying the rise and fall of a company. The sound quality is decent, not quite to the level of a Sonos around the same size. It's a good size for a nightstand, but I would NOT recommend using it overnight on a charger. The LEDs are super bright, enough to disrupt sleep, and they can't be turned off. I wanted something plugged in, so it was always ready to play. I tried overnight listening, and it died after a few days use, so I had to leave it on the charger for my preferred listening habits. ... show more
