I've barely used the product to date but I have high hopes. The instructions were a little vague but I figured it out after looking up the directions on how to use use online. Heres hoping I look 20 years younger in 4 weeks!

This is the first light therapy mask I've ever tried. In fact, I haven't even read much about them. But when I had the opportunity to try this one out, I was excited. And I can say, I am very happy with the experience so far. At 57, I'm finally able to prioritize self-care and skincare. Yep. It's a little late, but it is what it is. Fortunately, I don't have acne, so I'm just focused on wrinkles. There's only so much the Blur setting on Zoom can do for me, and there is no Blur setting in real-life, so light therapy it is. No matter how much my aging face annoys me, I'm likely never going to go the surgery or Botox route, so I'm hoping at-home therapies like this will make a difference. I like that this particular light therapy mask is flexible and easy to use at home. I can't see myself traveling with it, but I suppose that is another benefit to this style of mask versus the ones that are hard plastic. And I like that I can still read or watch TV while using it. It's wireless, so I'm not tethered to an outlet or charging cable. I've used this a couple of times now and the built-in timer that is supposed to turn the mask off at the 10-minute mark doesn't seem to be overly accurate. Perhaps it should be unsettling that it doesn't have FDA approval, but I appreciate that the other version of this mask by the same company is FDA-approved. I like that it came with eye shields to protect my eyes. I also appreciate that the product photos are of actual faces with the conditions it claims to treat not 16-year old faces that don't need any treatments to look young. I've only used it a couple of times so far, so I do need to read more about what results to expect when. But I'm excited to keep using it to see what happens. It's easy to use, convenient & comfortable. So that along with the reputation of the company's other mask makes this one a great one to be my first light therapy mask.

This is my second such LED light masks, and this one is a better quality by far. For starters, it's cordless so you aren't tethered to an outlet. This also has eye protection shields that you have to assemble into the mask. I find that while it rests comfortably around my eyes, the light still affects my vision after using this. Having open eye holes is a good and bad thing because you can still continue about your life while using this but at the same time you see the light emanating from the mask which then will affect your vision later (to be expected). Not sure anything short of full eye covers sealed around the eyes that black out all the light actually works but this is certainly a valiant attempt and better than the other mask I have that doesn't have anything to shield the eyes at all. The mask itself is flexible and comfortable with adjustable straps to fit it to your head size. There are 3 LED colors (red, blue, and mixed). I use the red mainly for the anti-aging and wrinkle benefits and don't have acne so I don't really use the blue or combined light. It's hard to tell if this is working or not as it hasn't been that long. This mask stores flat, so that is a plus if space is a concern as it is for me in my cabinets.
