Got these for deer hunting this year and have been very happy since they arrived. They fit true to size. I am 245 and 5'11 and got the 2x and it fits very well. The trousers have a normal snap to secure the waistband and has 5 pockets (4 in the front and one back pocket). The jacket has a zipper that is very smooth... it does zip from the wrong (women's clothing) side, which is a little strange. It does have 4 pockets which is nice. The material is very nice and seems very durable. Is waterproof which will be great. I also like that the clothes d not make a lot of noise when you move around in them.     • 3.5 Stars. A bit weird. Not ideal for hunting.
These are just a bit weird. I'm not sure what it is. 1) SIZING For sizing, go by the chart - their chart is accurate. I'm usually an XL but sometimes a XXL. I'm 6 feet tall, 36-38 pants, 48-50 jacket size. But I wasn't sure if the chart was giving clothing sizes or body sizes (I wanted to leave room for layers underneath). So I ordered the XXL and it's too big. The jacket works ok, but the pants are too big and a bit long. I think the XXL pants are 42-44 waist and 32-33 length. I should have just trusted the chart. 2) MATERIAL The material is weird - it's probably not something I would wear hunting or doing outdoor activities. It's almost like a neoprene on the outside, and fleece on the inside. In my opinion, if you're out in the elements, you need nylon or denim or leather on the outside - not a polyester based fabric. Maybe they'd be ok with heavy canvas or leather gaiters. It's not fully wind proof. It's warm, but it doesn't breathe well. That means you'll get sweaty in them. Allegedly the outside is treated with waterproofing. I'm concerned about PFAS. The whole point of hunting & fishing for me is fresh natural meat, free from factory chemicals. I'd rather not be wearing factory chemicals, bringing them home to my family. 3) UV Glow Yes these do have a significant UV glow, making them not ideal for hunting. There is a product you can use to wash them (and any other clothes with a UV glow) - it's called Sport-Wash. But that's a hassle, they should just make them right from the start. 4) OTHER The zipper is left handed (like a woman's jacket) which is weird. Overall I do like it, for around town medium weight winter clothes. Maybe they're also ok for camping or fishing. ... show more
