Other than the smell, it is great! I have a problem with my wrist and this press uses auto pressure so I love it. I was hoping the terrible odor would go away quickly, but it really stinks even after a couple of dozens uses. I use it outside on the deck but doubt if I'll be able to use it inside during the winter.

I bought this heat press in March of this year and was working great. Yesterday on 10.4.23 it died on me in the middle of making my cups for a fair this weekend. There is no reason this should have stopped working with in 7 months!!!

This press works great for tumblers, but cannot get vibrant colors when subliminating mugs. The image is faded, ink doesn't fully transfer. Tiried multiple positions in the press with no success at 390f for 240s on both 11oz and 15 Oz. Works great for tumblers and I will continue to use for tumblers, but not mugs.

The media could not be loaded. Inicialmente recibí una maquina la cual llego con el panel de temperatura suelto, al parecer fue culpa de la compañía de transporte que no manipularon bien la carga, asi que hice devolución del artículo y la compañia se comunico conmigo disculpandose por el inconveniente, por lo cual nuevamente se hizo la compra de la maquina y esta vez llego en perfectas condiciones. La maquina funciona perfectamente; ya hice mi primer glass can en ella y me dio un excelente resultado, estoy muy contenta de darle una segunda oportunidad en adquirir esta maquina, además la compañía tubo una excelente comunicación y se encargo de hacer posible que mi compra fuese 100% satisfactoria. Los recomiendo encarecidamente.
