When the panel arrived, I had panel issues on the plastic molding that holds the handle together. For whatever reason it arrived broken, everything else about the panel was in good working condition but the magnetized handle was indeed broke, so there's that. Ugreen wasted no time in making that right! Seriously the best customer service and stands behind their product. That being said, I was on the fence with the output of such a pricey panel. I was originally getting 125_133 watts on a clear day, with indicator showing I had good alignment. Took it out today to top off my Ugreen600 while I aired out my tent from a recent trip, wasn't expecting too much considering we have heavy clouds moving thru but have blue sky behind them. Started out with 143watts then after some clouds moved out I was peaking at 162-164watts and ran 140s-160s for about 15minutes before more clouds moved in. Can't explain why today was much higher than previous clear day, I don't understand the suns intensity like I thought I did lol. Seeing this panel pump out 80+% efficiency this time around has me feeling a lot better than the previous results, up to the sun to do it's job but the panel itself will perform when conditions allow so knowing that I'm good with the product for sure! Always enjoyed Ugreen products not that there have been many but never had an issue with the cables and whatnot that I have used and thinking I will also enjoy these new additions with the panel and power roam 600. More than enough for my camping needs with 12v refrigerator and lights etc. The power roam has performed flawlessly!!! Couldn't be happier with it, very clean and powerful unit that has given no issues at all. All that being said, if you're thinking about it, go for it, you can't lose with the customer service or the product in my opinion. I appreciate honest reviews when I purchase something so I took the time to write one for anyone interested as well! Here are a few pics at different times so you can see the results. UPDATE: Bought the 100 watt panel cause it's smaller and takes up no space if I want to over panel on cloudy days. Tested panel from about 9:30am until about 11am to top of the UG600. Starting input was in the 70 watts range and about 45 min later with peak morning sun I checked again and was bring in 86-88watts! Incredible performance from this small 100 watt panel! Hooked up both with the provided parallel connector sent with the UG600 and was getting the max input around 202-203watts as expected. Now I have reliable charging options for different occasions and needs as well. Just thought I would review the smaller panel as well for anyone just looking for the 100watt range option.
