I did not like that the hardware pieces were not packaged, instead rolling around inside the big box it was shipped in. The pieces had fallen into the wrapping of the chair and begin falling out piece by piece as I was unwrapping the cargo packaging.

I ordered the product and it said it would arrive in two weeks. Then randomly got a notification that my package was running late. I didn’t mind but then I got a call from a random number telling me some story about a factory fire they experienced and how it delayed my order and how it would be shipped on the 31st of last month. Once it was finally shipped, I received the package almost 2 weeks later and received the package with none of the screws needed to put the chair together. This is literally the worst experience ever to wait a month for a chair , receive it and it not even have the parts to put it together. The wrapping around the cushions was terrible and there are visible defects on the chair. 10/10 don’t waste your time getting this chair. ... show more
