I let overall I like the product but for the price it’s a steel, but it doesn’t clamp your hair like a normal straightener wood. You have to like kind of clamp it yourself if it makes sense, but it doesn’t pull your hair out like other ones do I had to get used to it overall for the price you pay it’s a great buy

So happy with this. I usually don’t do anything to my hair (not even blow dry) but I’ve gotten a big to start curling my hair. This does a great job to give loose waves with no learning curve! Great value for the money

I bought this in June 2025 and already it's giving out. The cooling fan doesn't work and now the whole iron hot plates are not producing enough heat. My original black flat iron that I had since in my early 20s works way better than this.
