I didn't think about how insanely unsafe this is to use, from putting it together to taking it apart you're constantly at risk of getting cut even, it was honestly my fault for not thinking about how impractical this product is because sometimes you can't use it to go very deep and it gets stuck to your dough. ... show more

Arrived with odd markings and no instructions. After looking up YouTube videos, I tried to unscrew it so I could insert a blade. No luck. This this does not unscrew. Completely useless.

This was better in my head than in use. It is nearly impossible to get an adequate closure on the lame, so the blade slides around (directly into your hand). I was blinded by the pretty design, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this.
