I could definitely size down to a L and they'd be perfect. In fact, I think I WILL order a L next time, but I'm not returning these huge pants. In fact, I don't even want to take them off. These pants are very very comfortable. The waist band is not too tight and not too loose. I get XL for comfort and XL is great for me. I guess the only thing I would change would be adding an inch or 1.5 inch length to it, but I’m guessing since these are “yoga” pants, you wouldn’t want them extremely long, but they did add slits in the sides so that you can tie off the end if needed. So just a little bit longer would be nice. But VERY comfortable! It does show panty lines easily, which I hate, but I wear shirts a little longer in the back to hide it.

LOVE these pants! I wear them to work, they look great with a sleeveless top and cardigan that I can dress up or down. I forget to change clothes when I get home because they're soooo comfortable! The fabric is soft and stretchy, just the right thickness. They hold their shape well, they wash well (I usually wash on delicate and dry on low heat), and the fit is flattering. I like the how the slits at the ankle add a little extra uniqueness. Highly recommended!

These are nice, don’t think they will last long but not sure yet, have not had them long. They are fairly cool, comfortable and feel nice on! However, I have 2 pair and the waist is different on both. Being they are not tight it is not a problem, but if they were , it would be.

I have this style pants in several different colors and love them! I love the fabric and they are super comfy. I tie them at the ankle when I’m wearing them out and I almost always have someone complimenting me on them. I purchased these primarily to wear around the house during the Christmas season.

I like the color a little lighter color than the army green but still very nice. The fit that was recommended for me was medium. I feel either I got it wrong or they run a little big. I am 5' 2" and 119 pounds. I was recommended by the site to get size Medium. I usually were a small to extra small depending on the brand. They are very soft and a little long on my short legs but I can wear with platforms or tie them at the ankles. They are more like PJs than a fitted wide legged Yoga pant like my Athletica pants. I like them and may wear them to sleep in too>
