The package arrived quickly, and the box was also complete. I checked that each part was intact, and there were more washers than needed! I asked the customer service, they said it was a gift for a rainy day. Lucky!! Following the installation video on the page, I put it together myself in less than 20 minutes with no tools. Of course it's easier if someone helps you. I use it indoors now(it's 26.6 outside). There's no problem with 410 pounds for two of us. I'm looking forward to using it in summer! They also told me that they would sell hammocks soon after. Please let me know when the sale starts, I would be happy to buy another hammock!

This hammock stand is amazing! My husband and I are both 5’8 and 150lb, and it supports us both. There’s going to be some give when you sit on it but don’t worry it should hold you! Keep in mind when putting it together you have to push the bars apart to get that short bar on the sides for support! Over all great hammock! We put in in the game room instead of a couch and it it works great!

This doesn't feel strong enough to carry someone over 150#'s... storage bag zipper was very poor quality.. broke on first use. Awaiting customer service's response to see if we'll return or they'll replace bag. Frame is lightweight and foldable... but sacrifices strength. Nice idea though with the clothesline...

Our old hammock stand became rusted at the bends in the stand and eventually broke. This is a much sturdier stand than we had before. You may need another person/set of hands to help when putting it together in a couple places where the bolt has to go through. Our hammock is just under 9' and it fits fine. If it was a larger hammock, I think this stand would be too short.
