There was a deal on this. I jumped on it. Surprised when I saw its internals. Amazingly robust. Entirely hobby grade. Easy to work on. Has every standard and upgrade part on amazon. The 1611 is the starter model. Awesome for 10+ kids. It is also a gateway RC into advanced Hobby level performance. Every single part can be removed and put back with all hex (2mm) hardware. I did it just to lube the diffs. The construction material is sturdy. The speed out of the box is fun. Handling is amazing. Now for the best part. The support is unbelievable. I broke a diff cup. Sent Udirc an email they responded immediately asked me whats up also for a pic of the broken part. Instantly sent me the parts. I couldn't fix the parts properly or maybe the parts had some issues. There was a loud grinding noise I couldn't figure. Anyway went back to the email sent then a pic and short vid of the sound. They sent me a new truck and asked to keep the original for parts. Who does that? Maybe a company who stands by their product and wants to promote quality over quantity. UDiRC rocks. ... show more

Great entry level car with plenty of speed! I say "entry level" but it is very capable, very durable, and fast. The fact that it's also upgradable (motor, battery, etc.) makes it an even better buy. Had a minor issue with the harness for the lights but UDIRC took care of it very quickly. Highly recommend! ... show more

This little Basher is extremely fun and very versatile for all kinds of areas for bashing. I honestly loved this one so much that I ended up buying two of them. One of them I'm leaving stock for just ripping around wherever I go and the second one I ended up buying and upgrading to 60MPH with UDORC's brushless 60MPH hour kit, so when I want to get a little extreme and push things to the limit I'll take out the second one and really tear things up. So if your a Pro r/c player I think you'll like the quality and upgrade potential of this little unit, and if your just a beginner or looking for a quality Basher for your kids I think you'll appreciate the speed/power limiter switch on the included transmitter allowing you to select 100% 75% and 50% power Giving you peace of mind. ... show more

I like how fast it goes. I like how durable it is and it's just a really cool car. It turns on a dime. The only problem is the batteries that we got had some defective cells. They say they'll take care of that under warranty.

This little car is so fast, for the price it is really good quality this little car flies. My son can get it to do flips the battery holds up for about 30 minutes of nonstop playing recharges quickly and for the price really good quality.

It's was great for two weeks but then the cable that connects the battery to the esc came apart I tried to repair but it didn't work. It also has 2 upgrade kits but the schematic is really hard to read and being in two different languages makes it really hard to understand.... It funny that this broke within the a day of the date that I can't return this item, it looks really complicated to fix so I'm just going to order another car from another company ... show more

The best in its class by far. this thing is a tank. it has the thickest body shell ive seen on an rc car,not only is it thick ,but it has an integrated roll bar / brace system that also triples as a clipless body ! what! I cannot understand why the body system on this truck hasnt been adopted as industry standard amongst rc car companies. it really is ingenious and works impeccably. They offer a brushless upgrade kit that is basically the upgraded model version that comes with just about everything to build that car except the chassis. The kit comes with hardened steel gears all around to handle the extra power. but ill tell you,i put the same motor and esc in my 1610 with the stock gears and havent broken anything on 2s. its an amazing truck that is well worth the money,and the customer support is top notch. very friendly.. ... show more
