My old charger's connector broke so needed a new one urgently. This product works perfectly with my Acer Aspire V3-574G. The plug type is 2-pin American and it runs on 110-220 V.     • A good second charger for my Acer Spin 3
I like to have my primary charger for my laptop tucked into my desk area and out of the way. So if I need to take my laptop away from my office I need a second charger. This charger shipped with 2 tips and required me to swap the tips so that I could use the tiny one that my Acer uses. The tip fits using two tiny prongs into the main cord and was loose in the box which made me initially believe I was sent the wrong charger. It was only getting ready to return it that I realized my error. Now the only negative I really have about this unit is that it gets really hot. Even though it was suspended by the cord in mid air the brick gets alarmingly hit quickly. I would be careful just leaving it to charge without watching it but I fully intend to keep it around as a backup. It did charge the battery quickly, so I can't complain especially at this price point ... show more

Almost impossible to find a aftermarket charger for an acer. This one did not fit. Maybe we have a weird Acer.
