The UCO 6-Piece Camping Mess Kit includes a plate, bowl, camp cup, and Switch Spork utensil. Ideal for camping, backpacking, scouting, picnics, and meals on-the-go, it also features a bungee tether for securing the kit and its contents. Both the bowl and the plate have rubberized grips on the bottom to ensure that they stay put while eating. The contours of the spork are curved to match the inside of the bowl and plate to make it easy to get every last crumb or drop of soup. For transport, the camp cup nests inside the bowl and plate, which connect with an airtight seal; the stretch tether secures the spork to the kit. I use this as a lunchbox when I go into the office and it works well on my short travels (though I imagine it would also work well on much longer jaunts). I like the color, shape, and sturdiness of the material. My only complaint is that I forgot to separate the halves once when I stuck it in the microwave, and it steam sealed itself together so tightly that I couldn't pry it apart. This unit holds up well through many uses. Have been using these now for 4 years and are still in great condition as far as the band holding it together, the seal when put together, and the cup when used multiple times. Would suggest this item to everyone looking for a mess kit.
