After wasting days now trying to assemble this mess, I put a sign up at the driveway saying this shed was free. I’ve had 27 ppl stop. No one will take this mess off my hands. It’s not even worth it to get someone to haul it off to the place that gives you money for metal yet! I’ve been ripped off before but this thing is in the top 3 of mistakes I’ve paid money for. It was going to be used as a chicken coop. So, I didn’t want to spend that much. Now, I’ll be spending MORE to just buy a coop and I’m out the $350 for this pile of hardware. When you can’t give away a brand new shed to any of the first 27 ppl who stop… even suggesting they could take it to the metal place and get an easy $50… you know it’s a pile of JUNK. I don’t drive or I’d recover my $50. I’d love to at least get my $50 back. It’s a 30 min drive so it would be more like $40 after using gas… but it would be something!! The reviews that say this thing was sorta difficult to assemble… those ppl must be saints. I don’t curse typically. When the F word flew out of my mouth for the 3rd time… I knew I was done. My kids and I buried their dad 16 years ago. I’ve learned to pretty much put anything and everything together. I can fix just about anything. I’ve rebuilt 2 engines with my boys to teach them what dad would have. I change my own oil, air filters, to repair small gas engines as a side hustle with my son who works at the marina. I CAN do. We LOVE this shed and my husband has put it together all by himself. The shipper put some minor dents in it, but they were not a problem. He just has to put the wood floor in, finish the roof and put on the doors, and we are going to celebrate by putting in a shelving unit and all our garden equipment. Most of this kit is made just like the Arrow Sheds you can buy from Home Depot and Lowes - but there is some cost cutting... The eaves are pretty much made from aluminum foil, as are a few other things. I will probably put a 2x4 in the middle in the winter to help with roof rigidity.
