Straight up love this coat. The material is soft, warm, with a nice weight and texture. The pattern is detailed with hints of red stitching that match the red flannel that I use as a liner on colder days. The flannel was purchased separately. See photo. A good value for the money. The traditional style of the coat means outer side pockets are at right angles to the ground, not angled. Normally, I wear a size large-tall, but I purchased an extra large in this coat so I would have lots of room underneath for layers. Plus, I like that the larger size means the sleeves come down past my wrist, so I can pull my hands into the warmth of the coat sleeves like a turtle! ... show more

Ordered this XL coat instead, which the arms are good but the chest/body is a little snug. Between XL & XXL, this XL will have to suffice. Length of coat is good-- what was expected. Great looking coat! I erroneously decided to get the Large, which is uncomfortable when buttoned. I've already purchased the XL and initiated the return of the Large. My pant waist is a size 38 for perspective. I am happy with the color, length, and overall appearance.
