I installed this hand crank on my jet ski trailer, and it works flawlessly. The crank is sturdy, easy to use, and makes loading and unloading much quicker and safer. The grip is comfortable, and the gear mechanism feels solid even under load. Definitely a must-have upgrade if you're regularly trailering your ski! CON -1 Star: It only has fixed set-up for 1 direction. I took 1 completely apart and drilled a small hole and reversed the order for the other side. Simple fix. ***Thats if you want the handle to be on the outside which is what i wanted.

These are minor "irritations" but nonetheless this is way too noisy when it is in use. It would also be more useful if it was possible that the handle could be moved to the other side. On the pro side, it works and installation is straight forward.
