I don’t blame the manufacturer but shipping is pretty rough so the chances of getting a damaged unit are higher) We got this mini fridge to go in our kitchen along with built in cabinets. We were so excited when it came, and shipping took about a week, which isn’t bad for something of this size. The box didn’t look damaged, so that was a great sign. My husband and I get it in the kitchen, very careful not to tilt it because it says not to do that on the box. We keep it upright as we both carry it inside. No dropping it, we handled it carefully. Unboxed, it looked pristine. We really love the sleek look of it, and it fits perfectly in our kitchen. We plugged it in later in the evening, hear the compressor kick on… and nothing. Tried a different outlet, let it sit unplugged for a day, and no cooling whatsoever. My husband contacted support, who initially told us to contact Amazon support. Who then told us we need to contact Tylza support. Within a few hours, and after a picture being sent to Tylza, they told us the following: We showed the details you provided to our engineer, they judged that the collisions during the transportation process, caused the cold pipe to rupture making the refrigerant might be leaked out, which caused the refrigerator to stop cooling. So now we are doing a return/replacement, but this is quite inconvenient. The fridge needs to be handled by two people, and getting it back in the original packaging is going to be a task. I will say that both Amazon and Tylza support were quick to get back to us. The shipping part was the problem, since it being handled broke one of the parts. No dents or dings in the fridge, though, so the packaging held up in that regard. I’ll update the review when the replacement comes. ... show more

Customer Support 5 Star, Product 4 Star. Customer Support: Had an issue with initial delivery, the unit had physical damage. Worked with manufacturer & Amazon for a replacement unit. Replacement unit received, no damage and works beautifully. Nice exterior. (stainless steel door), good lighting, and temperature control. Manufacturer extended warranty on the replacement unit due to the problem. Product: The racks inside and their placement (ability to adjust) is not optimal. If all three racks are used, one space is so narrow it is useless. If only two racks are used there is wasted space. We are only using two of the three racks provided, found it to be the best configuration. ... show more

I ordered the double door wine cooler while we were remodeling our kitchen. When we were finally able to open it and install it, the right side door had a huge dent. I reached out and customer service was so was so easy to work with. They had me send pictures and sent a replacement door. No hassle, no run around. Initially, one door was higer than the other. The customer service was prompt, and provided a video on how to adjust. This did not resolve the issue. They then sent a new lower hinge with instrucitons (easy to install) and it was sent at no cost to me. The refrigerator is spacious, quiet, and having dual temperatures allows us to keep a variety of beverages, and wines at the right temperatures. I admittedly do not write many product reviews, so it's a bit of a big deal that I am for this Tylza Beverage Cooler. After receiving the shipment I noticed the bottom corner of the box was a bit dinged up, unboxing reviled what I was expecting and the cooler took a bit of a drop on one of the footing bolts that caused some plastic on the footing to break. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little upset. The shipping materials were strong and the cooler was packed very well, but accidents still happen. I figured I would let it sit for a few days to let all cooling liquid settle. Before I could even plug it in I had a customer service representative proactively reach out to me to be sure I was fully satisfied. I thought this was an amazing touch by Tylza! After having this unit for a month or two now, the temperature has remained constant (important for wine) with a great range of settings. I like the LED lights that can toggle on/off too. This cooler does everything it says it does in the description and has been a great addition to our home. Tylza has really upped the customer service game and has been great to work with, they suggested I just try and bend the little footing back into place (which worked ok) and they sent me a couple extra footing bolts. Tylza seemed prepared to do anything to give their customer a great satisfaction with their experience. I'd highly suggest this brand for any of your beverage cooler needs. ... show more
