After some weeks of use I noticed it get very hot. Today, it stop working in the highway, far away from home. Battery died of course and the problem was in the rotor. The rotor winding was the failure… so these Chinese components are very low quality. My OEM lasts for more than 20 years!

I actually installs this myself and is working fine...... WATCH OUT! When you plug in the wire harness, it only goes in one way! I broke the little piece of plastic and had to tape it a little. There is this little plastic ridge and look at it very carefully to line it up.
