2007 KIA Sedona For the most part it fit. The passenger side bolt for the AC condenser didn't even come close to lining up. The mounting holes for the fans on the bottom are too small and required only about 1/16in material to be removed from the fan pegs to fit. Also the OEM radiator has a foam insulation that fits between the radiator and the cross members that this radiator does NOT include. The driver's side top radiator mount required about 1/8in to be removed from the rubber mount to fit correctly. Overall these modifications added about 20 minutes to the replacement but once these were completed, with the exception of the passenger side condenser bolt it fit and operated as expected.

The Radiator was excellent overall - however the slots for securing the bottom of the cooling fan housing were UNDERSIZED... I had to trip off ~1/16<->1/8 of an inch off the thickness (front to back along the wide part in the narrow direction) so the oem fans would go back in... Thankfully the pins on the fans are robust, I did not feel there was enough plastic on the slots to widen them - I thought it would weaken and possibly break even though it seems to be a very strong ABS type plastic. After overcoming the above the remainder of the install went well. Their was minor leakage from the old hoses going on the new rad with the existing squeeze clamps - but a good run (complete warmup and cool down) reseated the hoses and clamps as needed - and anticipated... go a head and fill the overfow the same distance above full as it is from the full to low line... when all the air is removed from the system and the minor leakage seals off it will be right at or just barely below the full line. After 240,000 miles changing the rad was not difficult but it was a very dirty job... oil, transmission fluid and coolant collect with dirt on the rad, at the bottom of the rad on the front of the engine... i started wiping the dirt with paper towels but moved to compressed air - much more effective removal of the dirt and grime. It flies everywhere but the engine is fairly clean to work on then... stop to sweep up the particles under the engine before starting the install after the rad is removed and debris is blown... recommend putting a few rags over open hose ports before blowing. If this could be done under a shade tree that is great - but by this time my van (2006 kia sedona) was on jack stands under the frame.... NEVER RELY ON HYDRAULIC JACKS ALONE TO SUPPORT YOUR VEHICLE, MECHANICAL STANDs/ JACKS SHOULD BE USED FOR SAFETY IF YOU ARE UNDER A VEHICLE - MAY THE LORD BLESS YOUR EFFORTS - DOUG

I had problems finding a radiator for my mother in-laws kia sedona van, none of the parts store could get it not even the dealership so I looked on amazon and found it. It fit great and it was low priced

I ordered this radiator twice: First one was damaged and the replacement radiator was damaged more than the first. These radiators were crushed, the boxes were fine. I waisted ~ 6-weeks ordering these cheap radiators. I just ordered a more expensive brand and hope their packaging is better. We will see.....

It works great. However when installing it the mounting brackets were too thick. They were just plastic so I was able to grind the mounts pretty easily. Honestly, most aftermarket parts in my opinion need some sort of tweaking so it wasn't unexpected.

Works fine with my Sedona 2009 BUT I have to make some modifications because the base fan don't fix, if you buy it prepare to make some modifications.
