To restore your vehicle's factory cooling efficiency, all TYC radiators are equivalent to OE construction for number and placement of fluid tubes and cooling fins. For those radiators with transmission oil coolers, the tanks are molded using heat-resistant, high-density polymer plastic for added protection against extreme engine temperatures. Each TYC radiator is leak-tested before leaving the factory to ensure consistent quality.

  • Working so far.
Took a chance on a like new condition for $40 and it looked brand spanking new. Had to force fan screws a bit since it did not line up perfectly. Hose orifices did not have the stop notches as the orig so I had to do some measurements on how far the hoses should go. So far so good and no leaks. If this last me 30k miles then it is a steal at $40. ... show more

  • works with a 2002 sienna
works just as advertise. The plastic on it feels cheaper than the OEM, however, this is a fraction of the price of an oem radiator. there were no fitment issues and everything is pretty much 1:1 to the oem.

  • Perfect fit
This radiator was a perfect fit for my 2000 Sienna. After reading reviews from others that said they were having problems with the fit of the radiators from the OEM suppliers, I decided to give the TYC one a try. The quality of the build looked very good and this radiator fit my van like a glove. The radiator has held up all summer through regular 95+ degree days this summer. I'm very please with both the TYC radiator and that I was able to save a few buck vs the one available from the OEM supplier. Update: Two hot Summers now done with this radiator. Very happy I gave this radiator a try. It's one of the few non-Toyota OEM products on my car and has been perfect through the 105+ degree weather of this past summer. ... show more

  • Good. Just one complaint.
The radiator was totally fine...except for one of the moulded in nuts for the fan shroud mount wasn't threaded. So I had to remove it and replace it myself. Otherwise it was great!!!

  • Great
Original radiator on 99 Sienna developed a crack so I replaced it and the top and bottom hoses. Still working three months later with no issues, except I no longer have to refill coolant every couple of weeks. This is essentially a drop-in replacement and the fit, while not perfect, is close enough to not cause any issues or requiring any modifications. The only real trouble I ran into was disconnecting the hoses from the old radiator, which were stuck on pretty tight. The only other thing I can think of to watch out for is how much torque you use on the fan bolts. The fan mounting tabs on the radiator are plastic and will crack if the bolts are overtightened. The specified torque is only 5 N-m and my wrench didn't go that low so I just winged it and didn't break anything, but be careful. One interesting tidbit is that mine came factory sealed in a KoyoRad box. EDIT: It's been 2 years now since installation and the radiator is still working great, and the coolant reservoir still reads "full." Would definitely buy again if I need another before this car dies. ... show more

  • Works for my 2000 Toyota Sienna LE.
So far I have had this radiator for more than a year no leaks or cracks. I check under the hood every once a week to keep up on the condition of my fluids in the old van to make sure there are no problems. This radiator works very well. Tip: Your radiator shouldn't fit snug. It needs to expand and shrink in the engine compartment. If you put it in snug it could crack. PS I hear that the XLE version of the Toyota Sienna 2000 may have a different radiator than the Toyota Sienna LE, so make sure you check your van first. ... show more
