I just layed my entire basement floor. This set came in handy. The knee pads were ok, but not great. But that's not why I purchased this. The piece that conforms to what you need to cut around is great. My cuts were spot on by using this. The spacers keep the edges where you want them so they don't slip under the wall. The tape measure isn't an expensive one, but it does what you need.

Motor works great, but wired incorrectly. The cable(s) that were supplied with these motors had the pin orientation swapped from one side of the cable to the other. If your motor is just vibrating in place and not moving, this is probably your issue.

Got these for a direct drive extruder upgrade for my Ender 3's. Size, weight and torque are all good, but it runs hot enough that it deforms plastic in the extruder and causes jams. You can turn down the driver output to compensate, but for my setup it put torque too low to run reliably. Adding cooling to the motor would be as difficult/costly and just buying more efficient motors, so these will likely end up in a more heat tolerant application.

I was initially disappointed in these as well. I tested them out by hooking them up to an Arduino UNO and L293D driver. They are very underpowered with that driver. Speed was good but torque was ridiculously low. I switched over to a DRV8825 driver and that made all the difference. I tested at 9 and 12 volts and motor is functioning great with very strong torque now. Under 9 volts, torque gets very weak so recommend 12 volts. I purchased the 3-pack of the smaller steppers for my current ender 3 pro project. One was for the MDD direct drive and the bmg clone to reduce weight from stock, and the other two are so I can have a matched set for dual z lead screws. For these applications, they work perfectly. It's a great deal for quality motors, and I'm going to grab a 5 pack here shortly just to have them. The cables that come with each motor are quite robust and a thicker gauge than stock and I prefer them over the stock cables. As a standard NEMA 17 stepper, these are a drop in replacement.

I'm using these motors to open and close my blinds, so I'm not sure yet how accurate their steps are. So far, they seem to be working as anticipated.
