This walker has been very useful during my recovery from a broken leg. Most of the walkers have wheels on the front end, but I didn't feel confident with those. This one has given me the freedom to walk, albeit slowly, until I feel more comfortable with my balance. My physical therapist helped me adjust the height since the directions weren't clear. Heavy duty and adjusted. It is very helpful in getting the weight off my painful lumbar from an old combat injury that is worse than when it happened. I use it in the house and yard, and maybe appts. Folds well, strong and wider than me by a few inches, but fits through all the doors, not heavy for even my rheumatic disease from unresolved pain for too long and inflammation.
