This pillow is great for those of us who have neck arthritis and also like to sleep on our side. The bulk of the pillow can be adjusted by adding more shredded memory foam (provided). I find the pillow to have just the right softness, yet with good support whether I am lying on my back or my side. Periodically placing the pillow in the dryer on a low setting returns it's loft to the original level. After I bought my pillow, my wife who is very particular about her pillows, tried it and bought one. Key, follow the instructions about letting the pillow sit to air and obtain full expansion before using it. That prevents many of the complaints aired in other reviews.

I absolutely love this pillow. It is one of those products you do not realize you needed until you try it, and now I cannot imagine going back to a regular pillow. It is incredibly comfortable and gives just the right amount of support whether I am sleeping on my side, back, or even slightly on my stomach. I tend to switch positions during the night and this pillow works well for all of them. I purchased a smiliar pillow for a LOT more money, so this is such a great price. One of my favorite features is that it is adjustable. Being able to add or remove the fill makes a huge difference because I can customize it exactly how I like it instead of settling for something too flat or too firm. It comes with extra fill, too. The material feels really high quality and it keeps its shape throughout the night without going flat. It also feels breathable and does not get too hot, which is a big plus for me. I noticed a difference in my sleep almost right away. I wake up feeling more rested and without the usual neck stiffness I sometimes get from other pillows. It really feels like it supports my head and neck in a much better position. The only downside is that my husband tried it once and immediately claimed it for himself because he loved it just as much. Now I am left without it and will definitely be ordering another one so I can actually keep one for myself this time.

This adjustable memory foam pillow has quite firm filling, it’s not the kind that collapses as soon as I press on it. Since I can add or remove the filling myself, I initially tried sleeping on it at its original height for one night and found it a bit too high for me. The next day, I unzipped it and took out some of the filling, and after trying it again, it fit the curve of my neck much better. This adjustable design is really practical, unlike traditional pillows that I have to adapt to. It provides noticeable support for the neck, especially when sleeping on my side—my neck doesn’t feel like it’s hanging unsupported. In the morning, the tightness in my shoulders and neck is less compared to when I used a regular pillow. When lying on my back, I can also feel that my head is properly supported instead of sinking in without support. The material feels quite nice as well. The outer pillowcase is soft to the touch, without feeling stuffy or rough. It can be easily removed and machine-washed, and it dries relatively quickly, so it doesn’t interfere with regular use. Overall, this is a pillow that can be adjusted to suit my personal needs, provides excellent support for both the head and neck, and helps improve sleep quality.
