I’m making a concerted effort to start working out more but I don’t have the time to go to a gym and no space at home to have big workout equipment, so I’ve been looking into smaller options I can use at home and this is one of those things. It comes in separate pieces but is very easily assembled. The grips are very soft and comfortable in the hands. The quality seems very good and is a nice weight in your hands. The spring is very strong and clearly will be effective for quite awhile but there is enough adjustment available that it is easy enough at the start and can get significantly harder as necessary. It’s also quite small, so it is easily stored when not in use!

This feels great to use! The different settings can definitely be a challenge, it's adjustable for resistance. You can just about take it anywhere if you want to exercise while traveling. I got it on sale and the price for this item was Superb.

This was a great addition to our home gym. It’s the perfect resistance for my boyfriend, who consistently weight trains twice a week. He’s very pleased with this addition, especially since it took 20 seconds to assemble, takes up almost no space, and was cheap!

I really like this thing. It made my arms hurt at the contact point but it was just me gaining strength so I worked through that and now it’s not a problem. Cool exercise machine. Already seeing results. Good price, too. It makes a squeaking noise during use but that’s not a deal breaker for me.
