Im on a fitness journey and not always have time to get a full workout in so after seeing amd trying this twister arm trainer I am thankful its easy to bring with me to work or on the go in the carrying bag provided and it light enough to carry. There is 5 different resistance from beginners to athletes so this will always be of use without having to replace for a higher workout. Also a guarantee of if the springs or parts weaken they will replace them. There is so many different ways to use the twist from arms, to biceps, to thighs, chest your strength training your way!
