Easy to assemble. But be aware: My wife wanted this and, seeing a girl in the picture, we thought it would be ALOT easier to use. There’s no way to decrease the resistance. I work out 3 to 5 days a week with pretty high intensity weight lifting and, although I can do the exercises, they are not easy for me. I don’t think a lot of women or older people could use this due to the high resistance that isn’t adjustable. I guess we were expecting the difficulty to be something more like the hand things you use to increase grip and workout your forearms.

We live in a small apartment and my husband typically has to go into the gym to workout so I wanted something he could use at home. This is a great little workout tool very versatile. The quality is very rigid and nicely made. Easy to to link together and get going. I was hoping I would be able to use it also but for a woman beginner I can barely bend it! There is definitely a higher resistance/weight so if you’re a beginner it will be very hard to use. For experienced users that typically work with 60lbs or more this is absolutely perfect and gave my husband a great workout.

This upper body flex excersizer really does give you a workout! It is well made to hold up for a long time. It has an option of 60 lb or 100 lb flex pounds by pushing the spring loaded nubs in to let them pop out in one of 2 different places. The longer you make the flex equipment the less tension you have. My only issue is, even the 60 lb requires a lot of pushing with your arms. I believe they should offer a 3rd setting of maybe 40 lbs which would work for a lot of people.l They say that you should be able to do 10 reps on the correct setting to where you are straining to complete the last rep or two. With this one I am only doing a few reps on the 60 lb setting. It is a good deal but really needs one more setting with less tension than 40 lbs.

My arms are weak, but I don't belong to a gym, and I'm getting ready to move, drive my van several states away, and I need to work on toning my arms for summer. This is a heavy kit; good quality. I'm a bit of a mess! This is just what I needed. Good item!

Harder to exercise with than diamonds. I simply just wanted to have a portable workout, but this requires so much force I swear the person in the video is a robot. Only gigachads can use this, with much trouble.

I don’t know if I should rate this a 5 or a 1. The spring on this is so tight that it’s nearly impossible for me to use. I was able to do 1 set of 2 1/4 before I had a small aneurysm. And if you meet a woman that can use this for thighs exercises either marry her or run away quickly depending on your appreciation for a death grip. I’ve zip tied it in the folded position hoping to “train” it to have some bend.

I got this Twister Arm Trainer for my husband, and while he likes it, I’ve realized that watching him struggle with it is my new favorite hobby. Assembly took less than five minutes—so naturally, that’s about how long he spends using it before moving on to more exciting things, like scrolling on his phone. It’s supposed to be a full-body workout, but honestly, the only full-body engagement happening here is me laughing as he tries to tame this spring-loaded beast. As for me? Forget it. This thing requires more upper body strength than I possess, so I’ve gracefully accepted that my role is purely spectator. If you're looking for a quick arm pump, it's great. If you're looking for a life-changing fitness tool, well… maybe keep shopping.
