Bought this for my husband and he likes it a lot. Despite such a compact device, it does requires quite a lot of force and muscles to bend it. The material feels quite sturdy and I have no doubt it will last. 90lb is a bit hard for women so I can say it is quite a heavy duty device. Assembling/dissembling takes less than 1 min and is super compact in both way. Overall very good quality and good price for the quality.

I had high hopes for this arm trainer, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations at all. The materials feel cheap and flimsy, and the resistance is not consistent or strong enough for a proper workout. After only a few uses, some parts started to loosen and feel unsafe to use. The instructions are unclear, and the assembly was frustrating. Definitely not worth the price — I do not recommend this product.
