This is very soft for being waterproof. Bamboo is such a nice fiber for regulating body temperature too! This is a must have for protecting your mattress. The mattress is usually the most expensive part of your bed. This one is super comfortable!

Worth stopping to make a review. My toddler has peed twice when she has slept in our bed. This thing stopped it from ruining our expensive mattress! I won’t go so far as to say it is unnoticeable under sheets. I can somewhat tell there is a swishy item underneath…however with the soft cover on top and waterproof part facing the mattress it is true that it becomes a non issue. I don’t notice or think about it as I get into bed. And I use cotton jersey sheets bc I just love the texture. If you needed to you could always go thicker like flannel then you really wouldn’t notice the protector. Another thing that could really improve it is suspender -like pulls underneath to pull the fabric extra taught. It doesn’t bunch - just if you want to really get the snuggest fit. But most importantly it does what it is supposed to do. We had purchased one for her bed that didn’t do as good a job so jumped on here to recommend this one. Buy it. It’s worth it. We got the clover print. Soft and effective.

It is very thin the pictures are deceptive- it looks thicker online -it fits my mattress I think it is 12 or 14 inches not that deep if you have a deep mattress it would not fit -the sides are gauze so if you pull it too tighten, it will rip- Overall, for the price not what I expected. Not certain what I will do.
