Yes, this is a good quality bed. It came in a flattened vacuum sealed plastic wrap and rolled up into a cylinder inside of a box. I was surprised. I have never seen a bed delivered in this way. The form of packaging saves space until you are ready to open it up after getting rid of the old bed. Once you cut into the plastic with the little tool provided, you hear the mattress sucking in air and inflating in front of you. Heck, it was fun to see and hear it do that. It is like that satisfying feeling you get from popping bubble wrap. The mattress instructions said not to lay on it until after 48 hours. I wish I knew that in the product description before I bought it. By the time I read the instructions to open it, I had already gotten rid of the old bed, so I could not wait to use the bed. I used it immediately after it inflated. And it is comfortable. The mattress is incredibly tall compared to my old mattress. Then, you have this cushion on top of the part where the springs are. The thickness of the mattress is like 8 inches tall. Maybe 2 inches is that top layer of cushion. It is like a hotel quality bed. I have not slept so well in such a long time. It is like I never knew what a good night of sleep felt like. Over time of sleeping on this mattress, you should start to feel better and maybe realize, you need to buy a better pillow now. There are other mattresses costing thousands of dollars that I cannot afford. I think I bought a good bed for my budget and I am happy so far. For approximately $300 bucks, this is a good purchase. Those other mattresses, costing thousands of dollars, need to fly a person to the moon; if they cannot, then a mattress shouldn't cost that much. I think the price of this particular Crystali hybrid mattress is reasonably priced and the quality of sleep I am getting is great. I really hope this review helps someone get some good sleep. I need support for my back. I also needed to get a mattress up a very difficult stairway. This mattress is rated as medium firm. It came in a compact box. Two people brought it up the stairs, unpacked it as instructed and it was left to settle for the recommended 72 hours. I must say, it is perfect. Great support and comfort. Purchased this mattress in November for my daughters first big girl bed (she’s 4). We went with the 10 inch and purchased a frame as well from Amazon. When the mattress arrived, it came nicely rolled up into a smaller than expected box, but was very heavy. Took my husband and I both to carry it upstairs but that wasn’t surprising seeing as it was a whole full size mattress stuffed into a box. We unboxed it, laid it out in a spare bedroom and cut the plastic to allow it to expand. We did not have any chemical smell like some people mention with these boxed mattresses but we still left it to expand and air out for a few days. By the time we were ready to move it, it was fully expanded and looked like a normal box-store mattress! Moved easily from one room to the other. Normal full/queen sheet set and comforter fit great. After laying on it with my daughter every night for a month, I can definitely say this is a great first mattress for any child! It is definitely firm, so if you are used to a soft bed, this may not be for you (I have a pillow top mattress so I don’t think I could sleep on this full time), but after a month of use I can honestly say my daughter sleeps like a rock on this thing! My favorite feature is that it is a hybrid, so it has coils as well as the foam. The coils allow me to lay in bed with her until she dozes off and let’s me sneak off the bed without any movement or squeaks from the mattress. ... show more
