I’m very happy with this mattress. It arrived neatly packed in a box and was easy to set up. After unboxing, it expanded quickly and had only a slight smell that disappeared within a day. The mattress feels truly medium firm—comfortable but still very supportive. The hybrid design works well. The memory foam helps relieve pressure on my shoulders and hips, while the pocket springs provide solid support and reduce motion transfer. I barely notice movement when my partner turns at night. The edge support is also better than expected and feels stable when sitting or sleeping near the edge. Overall, this mattress feels well made and comfortable for the price. The hybrid design gives you the best of both worlds — the memory foam feels comfortable and pressure-relieving, while the pocket springs add solid support and keep it from feeling too soft. It’s truly medium firm and works well for both back and side sleeping. Motion isolation is excellent for a king-size bed. Even when one person moves or gets up, the other doesn’t really feel it. It expanded fully within a day, had very little odor out of the box, and feels well made and supportive across the entire surface. Overall, it’s comfortable, supportive, and feels like a high-quality mattress at a reasonable price. If you want good support without sacrificing comfort, this one delivers.

I followed the instructions and carefully unwrapped it in a well-ventilated room while the mattress laid properly in center of bed platform. After removing the plastic saran wrap, I ensure it was laying facing up and centered. I used the cutting tool to make a small incision at one corner, then Walop!!! Magic happened. I quickly placed my mattress cover while it was still mushy. It looks alright for a 12-inch. It is at 12- inches already after 2 hrs but will wait to see after 48 hrs. So far so good. Update 11/25/25: Received a replacement and it seems all the mattresses are the same...replacement only rose in the top and middle of mattress. Mattress footer stayed at 10.5 - 11inches. It is super comfy and supportive but I opted to use mine with a Queen-size bunkie board for stabilization and more firmness. _______ Update on 10/13/25: Had to return the 1st mattress. Replacement sent is excellent. Thanks to the seller and Amazon for coordinating a pick up and delivering another mattress.
