Once put together it is just the cutest for my little girl! Pros: sterdy quality metal; looks as pictured; options for different set ups. Cons: instructions are not explained well enough making set up not so easy: the stairs don’t actually attach to the bed frame for some odd reason: the way it’s set up for us makes it hard to reach in because before we knew there were different options that’s the way it was facing so we just went with it instead of taking it back apart: the slide is pretty steep and slick making it difficult for littler kids to slide without slamming down into the ground even with cushion but they love it 🤣 Side note: I was not happy about the steep shipping price and then to receive the first box alone with screws falling out I was worried to say the least luckily the next day the second box showed up and we were able to get the bed together. And those boxes were really heavy so I can understand the freight price more now. Overall: I’m very satisfied with the purchase I think this bed will last my daughter well into her preteens (she’s 4) let’s just hope we don’t move and have to disassemble and reassemble it cause that’ll be fun 🤣

Although it took my husband & I 10 hours to put this together, we are very pleased with the result! It's very sturdy & nice looking. All parts were in the boxes and we found no mistakes in the manufacturing. Be prepared though to pre-dill a number of screw holes. We did for all the support slats, wheels on the drawers, attaching the ladder & a few other things. It would have been helpful for the directions to indicate that. All in all a good value and we are satisfied.

The media could not be loaded. So the holes in the support bar on one side of the bunks was not in the right place and other errors in manufacturing did not allow for the bed to be set up entirely so now my kids have to go back to bed in our main bedroom in a different room and we have to hope and wait for the manufacturer to correct the issue and send us new cross members and supports bars with the holes and recess holes in the right place so we can finish setting up the bed. We were very excited and now we're very upset that we would not have the best computer today and worst of all we paid a company to come and set up the entire bed and they couldn't even finish it but I still paid them. So I'm out a lot of money

It was difficult to assemble as there were multiple holes that did not align correctly. Some were more than an inch off and I had to Redhill to assemble. Others were between 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch off and had to be bored to fit the screws and dowels to connect the pieces.
