Just received the cat condo today and am really impressed with it overall. The quality of the parts are better than I expected for the price. It is very sturdy, well made and looks attractive in our room. But the biggest plus were the instructions. The parts were labeled well and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. I was a little daunted to assemble this since there were so many parts but it went together easily. My kitten has been jumping on it and playing with the toys and it is not wobbling at all. The media could not be loaded. Better for medium and small cats. But it looks nice and wasn’t too bad to put together. If my larger cat tries to go onto the top, it is too wobbly, so now he stays on the next level down where he feels more secure. If the top level was larger I think it would balance better. ... show more

Brigit loves it! She’s in the hammock most of the day watching the bird feeder and squirrel action. She is a full grown kitty medium stature and fits fine. I bought a larger one from a different manufacturer first but felt like it took up too much space in the living room. I moved it into my home office. This smaller one is perfect!!! And I adore the cream color. She loves the rope toy and occasionally hides out in the cubby analyzing it closely before leaping out to swat at it! LOL You can’t beat the price. This exact size is $70 at Petco and there is NO hammock. Another bonus is the scratch portion extends two levels so she can really stretch and scratch when the mood strikes. There are two other toy attachments that I left off when building. BTW the assembly was super easy and only took 10 min. The larger one I bought took over an hour and was much more complicated with confusing directions. ... show more

It is small - which I expected from the description and the measurements - but was still surprised by the size. It is easy to assemble. The fabric is kind of cheap with the “fur” part shedding all over the place during assembly. And I am nervous about the stability. Do not waste your money on this product. This company is using deceptive marketing and very cheap materials, they are using Amazon to deceptively market an unsafe product. Read the questions and the reviews in this product detail, especially the critical reviews which I had to filter to find. The product arrived with no instructions. It is missing screws, the posts are uneven sizes so it's impossible to secure the levels. The materials are cheaply made and the posts wobble in their holes, they do not tighten in the holes at all so the posts are not secure or sturdy. I did not see bad reviews when I ordered it. When I went to assemble it and found no instructions, I referred to the reviews and saw many many bad reviews, now looking again I see the bad reviews that were at the beginning of the review section have been removed, and I had to use Amazon's filter to find critical reviews. Many people complain about missing instructions and missing parts. ALSO customers say it is not sturdy for their cats weighing over 10 pounds. The company's details clearly claim it is safe for large, medium and small breeds of cats. This is a lie. The deceptive company recommends it to be placed against a wall and the product details indicate a wall mount but there is no wall mount equipment provided. That is telling information, it's only 3 feet tall so it should not require wall support. If it were a good quality product it should stand sturdy on its own. This company has failed to answer questions asked from purchasing customers. This is simply a money-making scheme and they are using Amazon to globally promote a cheap and unsafe product using deceptive marketing practices. They should be removed from Amazon as a provider. This is unacceptable. Read the reviews and questions, don't waste your time and effort on this horrible product, save your hard-earned money for a better quality product from a respectable company who will not just take your money and give you an unusable product.
