    • It is simply junk- Picture appears to be a real 3 5 inch mag mount, but you get a weak toy mount.
I needed a decent strong month for a vhf small halo antenna. A single magnet does the job, but at freeway speeds was iffy to me. This 3 mag job they sent me wont hold my antenna on at 35MPH- Junk,, Cheap-- TOY!

    • Good magnetic grip, thin rubber protection
This magnetic antenna base has good grip for a small antenna. I would not trust these magnets for a large antenna at highway speeds. The rubber covers over the magnets are a little thin. Be sure that they are fully in place before placing the mount on the vehicle. We found that the rubber easily folds over itself under the magnet. ... show more
