My dresser was damaged during delivery. The box was strong enough but I think the damage was more handling-related. Anyway, I emailed them, and the customer service took care of so quickly. They replaced the dresser and 1 or 2 days later I had a new dresser. Very good experience. I recommend this seller. Thank you. The only issue is that for some reason I made a mistake in measurements and the dresser is too small for what I intended it for. However, it is a very nice piece and I am sure I can use it somewhere else in my house. ... show more

I want to inform other people interested in this product along with my customer service experience. The quality of the product is awful. It is a defective item that came with all plastic screws and plastic drawer guides. When i reached out to seller they told me i was going to pay $40 in shipping to send it back. After proof of defective product they insisted that i built it wrong. They refused to give me free shipping back when i pay for prime so i dont have to pay for shipping. I cannot take this apart and send it back. I was upset to learn it came in pieces…I had a tough time putting it together. If this is the only answer, it is not good enough. At least cover the cost of the furniture Dr to come and fix it
