I want to inform other people interested in this product along with my customer service experience. The quality of the product is awful. It is a defective item that came with all plastic screws and plastic drawer guides. When i reached out to seller they told me i was going to pay $40 in shipping to send it back. After proof of defective product they insisted that i built it wrong. They refused to give me free shipping back when i pay for prime so i dont have to pay for shipping. This works for what we need it for, but it really won't fit much in it. The drawers are small and the dresser is short. To build it took about 1 and 1/2 hours. Box was very heavy to carry upstairs, but all items were there and intact. The materials are ok. Looks nice put together. Mostly happy with it! ... show more

I cannot take this apart and send it back. I was upset to learn it came in pieces…I had a tough time putting it together. If this is the only answer, it is not good enough. At least cover the cost of the furniture Dr to come and fix it
