I'm a big fan of these bidet seats. We have three now. They are very easy to install, and because they do not need power, there are no unsightly wires dragging across the bathroom. In our case (a) the water pressure at the cistern is more than adequate to run the jets, and (b) we live in a warm climate, meaning the 'cool' water isn't .. erm.. too much of a shock. They are also cheaper than the Japanese brands, because they keep it simple. The construction is very sturdy. The only caution I may have is that, for us 100-150lbs lightweights the seat stays in place without wiggling, for a heavier customer they may get some movement in the seat. ... show more

I love it, however the knob is too small. I love that it was easy to install. I love that the devise is snug when you sit on it. I'm 170 pounds. I lave that it easily glides off for convenient cleaning, and for install adjustments. It was a little spendy, however it is a quality device.

Ordered seat on 18 May 2025 after a month long surf trip to Indonesia where several locations had similar seats in their baths. My 1st order was lost by the USPS. Amazon refunded my purchase 2 weeks later and I ordered a 2nd seat. It was delivered in a few days followed by the 1st seat a few days later, which I sent back to Amazon. I should have kept it! I am a male and I installed it on the toilet in what my wife calls “my” bathroom, which has an elongated toilet. Installation was a breeze but, full disclosure, I have degrees in engineering, physics and mathematics and my hobby is doing handyman projects around the house. Even so, instructions were clear and humorous. We had a (large) guest stay with us who was going to use my bathroom, so I moved the bidet seat to my wife’s bathroom in the master bedroom. That was a mistake because, even though she laughed at me when I first bought it, she now won’t let me take it back. I laugh at the reviews that state the water pressure is low! My one issue with the seat is that if you turn on the water pressure too far too quickly, you could rip yourself a new one - really! Those with low pressure likely have a valve or supply line with issues. Also, if your seat won’t stay up, make sure your tank cover is positioned all the way back and, if it is, move the toilet seat forward in small increments until the seat can remain in the up position. One final note, I was very concerned with the purchase because the bidet seat forces your sitting position to be closer to the front of the toilet, and I tend to hang a bit low, if you know what I mean. I think that with certain toilets, even those that are elongated, I and others could have issues. There also may be toilets where you need to position the seat too far forward to allow the cover and seat to remain in the up position and still be usable - at least for certain fellows. The seat was comfortable. It didn’t fit great. We put it as far forward as we could and the lid still hit the toilet handle. It was easy to install and uninstall. The sprayers were self cleaning. I sent it back because it didn’t seem to function well for me. I don’t know about other people, but, I need something that isn’t just pinpoint to the desired target in a thin but adjustable stream. It took some searching, but I found one that sprays a wider area. It’s coming today. I’m hoping not to have to wiggle around on the seat to hit the entire area. I think Tushy is a bit on the expensive side for what you get. The little butt jokes are cute for a minute, but it’s a bit over the top. ... show more

The installation honestly wasn’t that hard. But this product is flawed. It leaks, and it’s almost impossible to hear. After using the bidet, there is a click that you will hear when you have 100% shut the water off, or so you think. I will have stood up, looked at the bidet and I can see water still dripping from the faucet so to speak. Also, I have an elongated toilet and it does not fit. I have adjusted it several times and I have literally kept my drill that has the Phillips head bit on it to loosen realign multiple times. So this is not for somebody with OCD. Because you’re almost never going to get it on exactly right. And if you have a big butt, it’s going to move and you’re gonna have to adjust it all the time. I have waited to see if this was going to negatively affect my water bill and it has only gone up about $12 with the drip. Which I’m trying to decide if that’s worth it or not. We've used this for over a year now and are delighted with it. Wish they had been around years ago.. It was very simple to install and it works exactly as described. There is only one water line and no heater, so the stream comes out at whatever temperature your hot water is set to. If it runs cool for a few seconds until the hot water reaches the device, you can just leave it on "clean" until it runs warm. The seat feels a bit light/flimsy, but we have had no problems at all with it. ... show more
