The Ranger is high quality, convenient to carry and well made with slip proof materials/magnets and outstanding sound. I purchased 2 Gen 2 units in the past. I recently updated to a Gen3 + 4 Rangers to use in Party Mode for large events with built-in Bluetooth v5.4. Just know that if you want to do this with GEN3, the music works but the microphone jack is not yet able to Bluetooth with other speakers in Party Mode, but Turtlebox is apparently working on it and they have updated their FAQ’s and related online information to clarify it after my question to their help and support site. I am hoping to return my Gen3 unit. The Grande is supposed to work with all speakers using a microphone with a 3.5mm jack so I ordered one yesterday- we’ll see. ... show more

I was skeptical when I bought this, it took a lot of convincing to get me to spend this kind of money on a small speaker. 100% worth it imo, I bought this before a beach trip and it outperformed my expectations. For its size, the sound is incredibly crisp and loud. Battery lasted me all day on the beach AND a 5 hour golf round the next day off of ONE charge. It got minor sand on it, but I left it hanging on the golf cart rail through a minor monsoon and it experienced no issues. My only gripe is there is a delay when pressing the volume buttons, other than that it’s perfect. Magnets are super strong, sound quality is exceptional, looks dope, had no connection issues, and it’s easy to haul around! ... show more

Item was listed as new, but clearly used. Manufacturer box arrived open. Speaker had scratches on it. Disappointing. Sound quality is poor - not that loud honestly and no bass. Getting another JBL. Returning. Suppose someone else will get it shipped to them soon.
